Furthermore, you can label your conversations either manually or automatically based on chat keywords, allowing you to further segment your conversations for processing by specific agents or for later analysis.
Is Zaapi similar to Shopee and Lazada?
No, Zaapi is not an e-commerce marketplace like Shopee or Lazada. Zaapi is an omnichannel chat platform designed to help businesses better engage their customers through a multitude of chat platforms including Shopee, Lazada and others.
Will messages sent from Zaapi count as LINE OA broadcast messages?
LINE OA limits the number of messages that can be sent through broadcast or via API each month. As Zaapi uses the LINE OA API to send messages, any message that you send through Zaapi will therefore count towards that limit. However, do note that messages that you send within 1 minute of a customer message do not count towards your limit so the faster you reply, the more free messages you'll get from LINE! Which devices is Zaapi available on?
Zaapi is available on desktop through our web app as well as on mobile (iOS and Android apps). The desktop web app is designed to offer the full range of features from chatting to viewing analytics and creating automations while the mobile apps are specifically built for agents to reply to chats on the go.
Can I assign chat responses to other admins?
Zaapi supports both manual and automatic rules-based assignment of conversations allowing you to make clear who is responsible to each chat at any given time.
How do I bill my customers?
