By registering for services with Zaapi (the "Company" or "we"), you ("any user of any Zaapi system") acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions of Use. Any new tools or features added to the Services will also be subject to these Terms. We kindly ask you to review and understand our Terms and Privacy Policy carefully and ensure your agreement before using Zaapi.

Registered Account Requirements

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your name, business address, and telephone number, during registration.
• You acknowledge and consent to Zaapi using your email address as the primary communication channel.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
• You are fully responsible for all activities and content associated with your account, including any written information or images uploaded under your store. You must not upload data or introduce viruses that could harm Zaapi’s systems.
• Zaapi reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Services if any terms or agreements are violated.

Zaapi Account Activation with Zaapi

• Individuals who register for Zaapi Services (hereinafter referred to as "Account Holders") must use the Services in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
• The Account Holder is solely responsible for any access to the account by authorized representatives.
• Upon completing registration, the Account Holder acknowledges and agrees that Zaapi will collect information from Facebook, LINE, and other authorized platforms with their consent. Unauthorized account creation or data retrieval is strictly prohibited and may violate the law.
• Plan purchases and package upgrades are subject to the standard terms of each account unless otherwise specified in promotional materials.

General Conditions

• You are required to read, understand, and agree to all terms of use, including the Privacy Policy, before registering as a user of Zaapi services.
• You agree not to use any Zaapi products or services to sell products or offer services that violate the law or for any unauthorized purposes.
• You agree not to violate the jurisdiction of the courts in your region (including, but not limited to, copyright issues), including the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
• You agree not to reproduce, copy, modify, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of Zaapi without Zaapi's prior written permission.
• You acknowledge and agree that your use of Zaapi Services, including the transmission and collection of information, will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

Zaapi Rights

• We reserve the right to amend, change, or cancel the service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, without prior notice.
• We may remove stores or accounts containing content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to derogatory content, content that causes fear, defamation, obscenity, infringement of intellectual property rights, or any violation of these Terms of Service.
• Any words or content that cause harm (including threats or accusations) to buyers, Zaapi employees, members, or administrators may result in account suspension.
• We are not responsible for the content held by buyers and sellers. It is their responsibility to manage, delete, or refuse content as needed.

Indemnification

• You understand and agree that we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, reputation, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.
• You agree to use the Zaapi Services at your own risk. No other terms or services are provided.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free.
• We do not guarantee that the results obtained from using the service will always be accurate or reliable.
• We do not guarantee the quality of goods, services, information, or any other content you purchase or use with us, nor do we guarantee that it will meet your expectations or correct any errors in the Services.

Intellectual Property and Personal Information

• Any intellectual property rights related to the content you share while using Zaapi Services will remain your exclusive property. You may delete this information at any time by closing your account.
• By submitting your store data to Zaapi’s systems, you consent to the following:(a) granting internet users access to your content,(b) allowing Zaapi to display your store’s content, and(c) permitting Zaapi to review your store information at any time.
• You retain full ownership of the content in your store provided by Zaapi. You are responsible for this content, including any legal consequences that may arise from it.

Cancellation and Revocation of Service

• You may cancel your account at any time by sending an email. After that, please follow the provided steps.
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• Deception and Fraud Prevention: To protect against potential fraud or harm to other rights, your account may be revoked if we suspect involvement in scams, the dissemination of false information, or any unlawful activity (including, but not limited to, criminal convictions, insurance investigations, or any legal inquiry related to Zaapi’s website and services).

Service and Cost Adjustmentsย

• The cost of using Zaapi Services may be adjusted at any time for valid reasons. Any changes will be communicated through our website.

Terms of Transaction

Currently, Zaapi services do not support financial accounting systems. All transactions conducted through the Zaapi platform are the responsibility of the buyers and sellers.

Prohibited and Restricted Goods Policy

To ensure a safe and compliant marketplace, Zaapi provides a list of prohibited and restricted items that cannot be sold on the platform. Sellers are responsible for regularly reviewing this list for any updates. If a violation occurs under the conditions outlined in Clause 2, claiming ignorance will not be accepted.

1. Prohibited and Restricted Items

• Gambling Products: All types of gambling-related products, including online casinos and bingo.
• Illegal Entertainment Media: Products related to downloading or streaming illegal entertainment media.
• Counterfeit Goods: Items that infringe on trademarks, patents, copyrights, or intellectual property rights of others.
• Tobacco and Alcohol: Opium, tobacco, cigarettes, imitation cigarettes, e-cigarettes, tobacco products, alcohol, beer, or any drugs.
• Animal Products and Endangered Species: Products made from animals, wildlife, endangered or legally protected species.
• Telecommunication Equipment: Electronic spy cameras, radar detectors, cable TV transmitters, traffic signal control equipment, wiretaps, devices for signal interference, and unauthorized access devices.
• Cosmetics: Used cosmetics, medicines, or supplements not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in Thailand.
• Unsafe Products for Buyers: Products harmful to health, including unapproved food and drugs, illegal drugs, and unverifiable health remedies.
• Weapons and Dangerous Devices: Weapons, weapon components, illegal dangerous devices, and items that can be used as weapons, such as pepper spray and stun guns.
• Pornography: Any pornographic material or content.
• Counterfeit Labeled Products: Items with counterfeit or fake labels.
• Antiques and Amulets: Antiques or items that violate the law on trade in antiques.
• Currency and Financial Items: Thai currency, foreign currency, counterfeit stamps, cryptocurrencies, collectible banknotes, credit and debit cards.
• Health-Related Products: Dietary supplements with medical claims for treatment, relief, or disease prevention without proper approval.
• Prohibited Food Products: Foods with excessive or harmful ingredients, or foods that do not fully disclose the nature of the transaction. All food products must have a clear expiration date and proper packaging to prevent contamination.
• Government and Police Items: Unauthorized items related to state or police services, such as badges, ranks, or uniforms.
• Illegal Forest Products: Forest-related products that lack written proof of legality and safety.
• Human Remains: Human body parts or remains of living beings.
• Copyright Infringement: Items that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property
• Illegal Services: Sex work, illegal services, or services violating Zaapi’s Terms of Service.
• Hate and Violence: Products promoting or inciting hatred, crime, prejudice, or violence.
• Stolen Goods: Any items that are stolen.

2.  Violation of Our Terms of Service and Policies

Violating our Terms of Service and policies, including the Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy, may result in the following consequences for sellers:

• Removal of non-compliant products from our website
• Restricted account privileges
• Account suspension or termination
• Possible legal action
