Owner – The account owner has full access to all system features, including team management, payments, adding admin teams, and all other functions within the account.

Account Admin – The account administrator has access to the same features as the owner, with the exception of payment settings and the ability to delete other administrator accounts.

Chat Agent – The chat agent can chat with customers, view product lists, and manage orders, but does not have access to other system features like the Owner and Account Admin.
