With Zaapi’s saved chat filters, admins can create and save custom filters based on chat account, customer tag, chat status, assignees, or read/unread status. This flexibility allows you to manage chats and workflows efficiently, enhancing your team’s productivity.

Filters created by any agent in Zaapi are automatically added to the 'All Team Filters' section. This allows all team members to access the same filters, collaborate seamlessly, and ensure no important chats are missed.

Now each agent may have their own favorite way of working. That's why we created a section called "My Favorite Filters". This feature allows agents to create their own personalized filters separate from their team's. These individual filters don't affect team filters and make it possible for each agent's chat interface to be tailored to their needs.
